By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services from RLJS Enterprise LLC ("RLJS", "we", "us", "our"), including those branded as Truth Transformation, you ("user") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products & Services

RLJS provides digital downloads, online coaching, community access, and educational courses for personal use only. All content is for educational and informational purposes from a biblical perspective, reflecting RLJS's education, study, and life experience.

Use Restrictions

• Products, digital downloads, and course materials are for individual, non-commercial use only.
• Resale, redistribution, reproduction, or public display without explicit written authorization is prohibited.

Payment & Access

• Accepted payment methods: Stripe, PayPal, Square.
• Access to digital products/courses is granted only after payment is received.
• Subscription-based products or services are billed as described during checkout.

Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee

Digital Downloads (Heartbreak Reset Core & Complete Toolkit)

We offer a 30-Day "Use It First" Guarantee. We believe in the power of these tools and want you to experience genuine transformation. Here's how it works:

• Core Bundle Only Purchasers: Use the Core Bundle materials for 30 days. If after actively engaging with the content you're not satisfied, contact us at [email protected]. We'll provide you with the Complete Toolkit (bonus materials) at no charge. Use those for an additional 30 days. If you're still not satisfied after using all materials, we'll process your full refund.
• Complete Toolkit Purchasers: Use all materials (Core + Toolkit) for the full 30 days. If after actively engaging with the content you're not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your request.
• Requirements: To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate genuine engagement with the materials over the 30-day period. This means completing the exercises, using the guided prayers, and implementing the strategies. We're not here to police you—we just ask that you give yourself the gift of actually trying before deciding.
• Access Revocation: If a refund is processed, access to all digital materials will be revoked.
• One-Time Guarantee: This guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. Repurchases do not qualify.

Coaching Sessions

No refunds. All sales final. Coaching sessions require advance preparation and reserved time, so once purchased, the investment is non-refundable.

Community Memberships

No refunds. All sales final. Community memberships are billed as described during checkout and may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, but past payments are non-refundable.

Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant RLJS the right to use your first name and last initial alongside your comments for marketing and content purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, resources, branding, images, and materials are the property of RLJS Enterprise LLC. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Services and advice reflect RLJS's own experience and expertise and are not intended to replace professional medical, psychiatric, or counseling advice. Users should seek appropriate help as needed. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Changes to Services or Terms

RLJS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue offerings or revise these terms at any time. Continued use or purchase signifies agreement to any changes.

Geographic Availability

RLJS products and services are available worldwide unless otherwise specified.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, parties will first attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued. If mediation fails, the dispute may be brought before the courts of Wyoming, USA. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise ordered by court.

Limitation of Liability

RLJS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of its products or services.

Warranty

A 30-day "Use It First" guarantee applies to digital downloads only. No warranties are given for coaching or community services.
